One of the most beautiful regions in France … The Loire Valley, commonly referred to as ‘the garden of France’ is the land of kings par excellence. Jewels of French heritage, built or significantly altered during the Renaissance period (15th and 16th centuries), more than 3000 castles embody the architecture of the great centuries of history. Their magnificence has given the Loire Valley its inscription on the Unesco World Heritage List. The region is also recognized for its vineyards which extend over more than 70,000 hectares. The great diversity of the soils makes it possible to offer varied and generous wines such as Bourgueil, Chinon and Vouvray, which bring their uniqueness to the most demanding tables.

Jammy raspberry coulis; Chef Dominique Pepin, present for more than 30 years, Chef Dominique Pépin, second to Chef Rémy Giraud, two starred, is now at the head of the gourmet restaurant. His proposals are part of the classics of French culinary heritage, with extraordinary technical and taste prowess! He works land / sea products brilliantly, in harmony with local producers and fruits, flowers and vegetables from the garden. Les Hauts de Loire offers another catering offer at the Bistrot, a friendly atmosphere where you can have lunch or dinner around a dish full of authenticity and flavor.
